Karen’s designations of CSEP and CMP show commitment to continuing education, professionalism and serving the event community making significant contributions to a number of associations including ISES Canada. Her current portfolio is Secretary/Treasurer and she has just completed her term as Membership Chair. Internationally Karen is looking forward to sitting on the ISES Membership committee. She has also served on boards for both National and International associations including VP Programming and President of the ISES Toronto Board, and as VP Partnerships and President of CanSPEP. Her 14 years on the board of Fashion Group International as VP of Bursaries and Programming and Regional Director created a solid ground work with associations.

Karen has spent 30 years creating outstanding experiences in award winning events from coast to coast and in the US for a variety of clients including the Brazilian Carnival Ball, Toronto Fashion Week, and Variety Village. Industry wards include: Producer of the Year, Best Trade Show Booth, Spirit of the Industry Award, Outstanding Logistical Achievement, and Best Conference for Cross Canada Tour. Years of experience in the event industry has created a wonderful network of valued colleagues.
