Eileen was the first CSEP in Western Canada. She is not only devoted to the success of her company, but is committed to the development of the industry as a whole. She is Past President of the ISES Vancouver Chapter, Past Western Regional Vice President of ISES International, has served on numerous other boards and committees, and speaks at conferences and meetings around the world. In 2006, she won the Spirit of the Industry Award for outstanding contributions to the event industry in Canada, at the Canadian Event Industry Awards. In addition to being Immediate Past Chair of ISES Canada, Eileen is currently Chair of the International Relations Committee for ISES International.

Eileen owns and runs Effective Event Management, a multi award-winning company based in Vancouver. They help clients achieve their objectives through the development and execution of customized, meticulously planned special events and marketing programs. They excel in Corporate, Sporting & Fundraising events as well as Event and Street Marketing Programs. She also teaches Event Management at the Art Institute of Vancouver.
