Carol has been involved with ISES Toronto since moving her business from Oakville to Toronto in 1999.

Over a period of 8 years she has served as both Director and VP of Membership, during which time initiatives such as the ‘Buddy’ System and the Member Moment were introduced.

Carol’s long term involvement in ISES speaks to her belief that belonging to one’s own industry association is crucial to being ‘part of a whole’.

When speaking of ISES, even if not asked, she will be heard to say “I can’t image being in this industry and not being part of ISES”.

Carol is the sole owner of Balloon Corporate Events, a company that has developed and strong mature business in the corporate event and Branding market .

She holds her own industry designations – QBA and CPA.
